Bella Collina management and its sales force are present the community nicely but HIDE 800 pages TRAP of bylaws, no say for residents, crooked management and owners, accusations of SCAM & FRAUD in court, inflated homes and lots prices, etc. 

They may blind you with the beauty of Bella Collina Club which is NOT where you are going to live. The CLUB is mainly a noisy wedding venue, a place for party visitors and a sales office. If you want to have a birthday girl party for a 9 yr old, expect to spend thousand of dollars for renting your own club.

Bella Collina is JINXED with BAD LUCK.

It has a 15 years shady very unsuccessful history of unhappy home/lot owners with the majority of them ending up losing almost all their MONEY. 

My name is Don Karl Juravin. I am a resident of Bella Collina, and therefore the views expressed on this website are my own opinions, based upon my experience living in Bella Collina for more than two (2) years. I am not a real estate expert and I present the facts as I see them.

Probably like 500 other property owners, I was presented "a dream" and a "life style". NO one made me aware of Bella Collina’s 400 to 500 lawsuits and accusations of the use of intimidation and “scare tactics” by members of Bella Collina’s management, including Dwight Schar, Randall Greene, and Richard Arrighi, a disbarred attorney and convicted felon. 

I was not told that a CRIMINAL is managing the CLUB or has a hand in approving members to the community or is part of the ownership in Bella Collina.

I found the daily life in Bella Collina’s residential area to be neglected and uncared for in a BAD WAY as 1,000+ pictures can show. Far from being "luxury" and far from what I was sold.

I voiced my concerns to management, and for one year not much was done.  

THAT is the reason I have launched this website: to inform potential property owners about the truth and prevent further disappointed and SCARED property owners losing money.
